What are your shipping policies?
All orders are sent via Canada Post. All orders will be shipped once completed on regular business days (Monday through Friday). All orders will include tracking and liability coverage up to $100.00. All orders will be shipped Expedited. Expected delivery 3-9 business days. Quicker shipping is available at a higher cost.
Hats and Bands will be shipped within 1 to 2 days.
Garments will be shipped out within 2 to 3 weeks because they are made to order.
How do I care for my pieces?
As a general rule, I recommend handwashing all of our items and laying them flat to dry.
Any acrylic pieces can handle being washed in cold water on a delicate cycle. If using a dryer, use a low heat cycle and place the piece in a mesh bag or by its self to avoid it being pulled or caught on other clothing.
All yarn products may need a shave or de-linting over time. I use and recommend an electric sweater shaver; however, there are so many other great lint removers for clothing and will work fine.
What is your return policies?
I stand behind the quality of my items. If you are unhappy with your item in any way please contact me so that I can resolve the issue. I certainly want each of you to have a pleasant shopping experience!!
If you need to return the item for any reason, I will gladly accept a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery. Refunds and exchanges will be issued upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition. Only the cost of the item will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange.
